We are currently seeking a proactive and empathetic hr professional to oversee employee experience across the latam region. This role involves handling daily hr inquiries and onboarding, as well as compliance and process improvement.
* the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hr generalist roles, with specific knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the latam region and usa/canada.
* they should possess hands-on experience with hr management systems (hrms), payroll platforms, and benefits administration.
* a strong skillset in data analysis and reporting using excel or similar tools is also essential.
* in addition, the candidate should be an expert in process documentation, sop creation, and conducting audits.
the successful candidate will have a natural ability for conflict resolution and empathy, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should also possess a high level of discretion and adaptability to handle confidential information and changing business needs.
