Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, reliability, and insight in financial data reporting and analysis. The role requires a blend of finance functional expertise, analytical acumen, and familiarity with enterprise financial systems. The adecuado candidate will bridge finance operations and technology—driving data quality, analysis, and business insights through tools such as SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Develop, validate, and interpret financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive financial analysis and identify trends, variances, and insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial statements and reports.
Finance Data Management & Reconciliation
- Execute and validate financial reconciliations across multiple systems.
- Investigate data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Design and implement financial data validation and quality control mechanisms.
System Operations & Analytics Tools
- Run and troubleshoot finance reports using SAP S/4HANA (including T-codes).
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and analytics in Power BI.
- Support integration and alignment of finance data across systems and business units.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner with finance, IT, and business teams to resolve data and reporting challenges.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on finance data improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Finance & Functional Skills
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, analytics, and data interpretation.
- Working knowledge of finance data models, accounting structures, and reconciliation processes.
- Understanding of end-to-end finance data flow and operational controls.
Technical & User Skills
- SAP S/4HANA: Proficient in running finance reports, executing T-codes, and troubleshooting data.
- Power BI: Skilled in building dashboards, leveraging semantic models, and performing financial data analysis.
- Databricks: Skilled in building data pipelines and extracting insights from delta tables
- Strong command of SQL, Python, and PySpark for data validation and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of data operations and integrations between finance systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business analytics experience
- 9–12 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or finance data operations or business analytics.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI required; exposure to data integration or ETL processes is a plus.
Preferred Attributes

- Familiarity with automation tools or cloud finance environments (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).
