The agente de prevención is responsible for ensuring a secure environment within the property.


key responsibilities:

* patrol all areas of the property to deter and prevent incidents.
* assist guests with room access, ensuring their safety and security needs are met.
* monitor closed circuit televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system to maintain a safe environment.
* secure property entrances as required to prevent unauthorized access.
* conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential risks and take corrective action.
* respond promptly to accidents, contact emergency services if necessary, and administer first aid/cpr as required.
* provide assistance during emergency situations, ensuring the well-being of guests and employees.
* notify relevant individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents, and defuse any guest/employee disturbances.
* summon external assistance when necessary and complete incident reports to document security/loss prevention related incidents.
* address interruptions and complaints professionally, resolving safety hazard situations promptly.
* escort unwelcome individuals from the property without disrupting operations.
* report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts, and use proper code responses to call for assistance.
* complete a loss prevention shift summary/daily activity report, maintaining confidentiality of all security/loss prevention and property reports/documents.
* investigate incidents, gather evidence, and conduct interviews with relevant parties.

to be successful in this role, you will need to follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, complete safety training and certifications, maintain uniform and personal appearance standards, protect company assets, welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, thank guests genuinely, communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, develop positive working relationships, support the team to achieve common goals, comply with quality assurance expectations, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, read and visually verify information, visually inspect tools and equipment, enter and locate work-related information using computers, move at a speed required to respond to work situations, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

this role requires adaptability and the ability to work independently as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, think critically, and make sound decisions under pressure.
