key responsibilities
* deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing product knowledge, recommendations, and excellent service
* work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and objectives
* maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
* meet productivity and sales targets
requirements
* prior retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required
* ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
