as a product materials manager, you will play a key role in driving supply chain execution and ensuring operational continuity. In this role, you will:
ensure material availability to support the production of compute and ai racks.
manage supply and demand planning, including forecast execution and alignment with production goals.
oversee bom (plm) structures, mrp processes, and materials planning activities.
collaborate with odms, global suppliers, and electronics manufacturing partners.
identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including shortages and disruptions.
engage directly with clients and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
lead cross-functional projects and provide program-level oversight across supply chain initiatives.
drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
perfil buscado
the successfull candidate for the product materials manager will:
bring 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials planning within high tech, data center, or electronics manufacturing industries.
demonstrate expertise in mrp systems, plm (bom), and erp platforms (sap/oracle preferred).
have advanced excel skills and experience with data analysis and demand planning tools.
show proven experience working with odms, global suppliers, and manufacturing environments.
possess strong stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and a high sense of urgency.
demonstrate leadership experience as a team lead or project manager.
exhibit strong communication skills and experience working with global clients
