Responsibilities
- Keep the activity schedule up to date and ensure compliance with requisitions arising from General Management.
- Provide internal and external customer service, manage the executive calendar, and coordinate calls and meetings.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders (P.O.s), advanced payments, travel expenses, and expenses reports (both national and international).
- Plan and coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars) for both national and international staff.
- Organize corporate events, conferences, workshops, meetings, and visits.
- Translate documents and communications (English, German, Spanish).
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Relations, Languages, or related fields.
- Experience, 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry or international corporate environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English.
- Advanced German (desirable).
