*you will bring*:
- ba in hr management or related field
- demonstrable experience as hrbp/hr generalist for more than 8 years
- english & spanish proficiency
- broad understanding of hr best practices, culture, diversity & inclusion programs, and the creation of greater business values
- knowledge of hr processes & disciplines, on total rewards, labor relations, laws & legislation, leadership planning, cultural development, organizational change, organizational development, and all other areas related
- consultative skills and data driven: people analytics, statistics & performance indicators (kpi's) experience
- financial acumen & skills to handle a budget
- project management skills
- change & improvement management skills
- strategy execution knowledge & skills
