STATEMENT:
The recruiting supervisor leads a team of recruiters and has the responsibility to identify and attract the best talent to the company according to the position requirements, using the provided tools by the organization and managing the different personal assignment and head-hunting agencies previously authorized. This position interacts with all levels throughout organization, Directors, Managers, HR Teams, and all employees.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics.
- Identify the best recruitment platforms for the different open positions according to level, profile and/or position requirements.
- Coordinate with the HHRR Generalist and the Hiring Manager the profile requirements, as well as the recruitment time and the interviewers for the process.
- Recommend recruiting strategies and recruiting interview methods to hiring managers.
- Assist on trainings and projects.
- Support in the generation of new ideas for the improvement of the recruitment
- Support to the talent acquisition manager and hiring managers forecast hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Ensure the compliance of the recruitment processes (profile requirements, background check, documentation, etc.)
- Participate in HR conferences and meetups to network with other HR and Talent Acquisition professionals
- Make an internal viability report.
- Give update of the vacancy’s status.
- Follow up of employments requisitions.
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:

- Technical skills

o Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of multiple interview methods (STAR methodology, assessments, panel interviews, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Ability to manage at least one Applicant Tracking System.
- Soft skills

o Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate employees

Languages:

- Advanced English. (B2-C1)

**Experience**:

- +5 years of experience in a similar position
- At least 1 year of experience as supervisor

**Education**:

- Completed Degree in management areas related to Human Resourses.
