what you'll do: - own the architecture, design,
and implementation of big data platforms and self-service
solutions.
- collaborate with stakeholders to define the data
architecture roadmap and build reliable, observable data pipelines
across cloud-native technologies.
- provide technical guidance and
best practices as a subject matter expert.
- mentor junior
engineers and deliver on ongoing goals while exploring new
opportunities.
- stay updated on big data and data visualization
trends and evaluate new technologies.
who you are: - skilled in etl
development with expertise in python, java, or similar scripting
languages.
- experienced in cloud platforms like google cloud, aws,
azure, or snowflake.
- knowledgeable in dw architecture, olap
technologies, and designing schemas for self-service tooling.

experienced with real-time data streaming tools like kafka,
kinesis, or similar technologies.
- familiar with big data
technologies such as hadoop, spark, cassandra, and mongodb.

proficient in bi tools like looker, powerbi, or similar.
- strong
communication and presentation skills, business acumen, and ability
to collaborate cross-functionally.
- 8+ years of experience with
etl & data architecture working with large data sets (5+tb).
-
4+ years of leadership or mentoring experience in technical teams.
- bachelor's or master's in computer science, computer engineering,
statistics, or a related field.
availability to work rotating
shifts and rest days.
the schedule includes two days off per week:
one week with days off on the weekend, and the remaining three
weeks with rest days during the week.
