**Partner Success Strategist**

The Field Marketing Strategist is responsible for establishing and building Loan officer and Branch Manager relationships and promoting the adoption of our Marketing products & solutions. The role proactively engages our partners (Loan officers and Branch Managers) to provide product and feature updates, helps partners increase usage of product features, facilitates product training, and identifies opportunities to deepen and expand partner relationships based on real-time insights into retail partners needs.
- Creation & delivery of Training & Adoption programs to customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our partners to drive Marketing products adoption to ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value
- Own the ultimate responsibility for the partner’s on-boarding, adoption, satisfaction and advocacy towards our marketing product portfolio
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a strong technical understanding of our platform.
- Demonstrate relentless commitment as a partner advocate by promoting partner’s needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for partner’s growth and engagement.
- Keep accurate records, including documented partner service actions and discussions
- Take full ownership of named accounts, including any escalations to address customer concerns with technical support, billing, or other aspects of the customer lifecycle.
- Act as a customer champion internally across other Tenfold stakeholder groups and as a Tenfold champion within the customer's organization.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of direct experience in Mortgage Industry
- Experience in a Customer Service or sales role (required)
- Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
- Project management skills, training skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, along with strong decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player
- Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of partners and employees

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
