Sales specialist job description
we are seeking a skilled sales representative to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the automotive wholesale and heavy-duty aftermarket in mexico and latin america.
* identify and develop new business opportunities to increase our market share and expand our product offerings.
* pursue, visit, and manage current and potential customers to achieve commercial targets and build long-term relationships.
* provide technical training on our full product portfolio and lead negotiations to close sales effectively and efficiently.
* conduct fieldwork to develop accounts and introduce new product lines and categories, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* prepare reports to ensure achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets and track key performance indicators.
requirements:
* strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive customer loyalty.
* knowledge of the auto parts aftermarket (automotive and/or heavy-duty) and industry trends.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
* experience in key account management with a strong results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* proficiency with digital tools for reporting, crm systems, and data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
* availability to travel as required to meet with customers and drive business growth.
