In addition, the qualified candidate must have relevant experience and an educational background that supports the job qualifications and responsibilities listed below.role responsibilitiesquickbooks online: record daily banking and credit card transactions accurately and with an appropriate level of detail.quickbooks online: invoicing, cash receipts posting, collections, and other accounts receivable functions.quickbooks online: expense allocation, bill entry, and other accounts payable functions.payroll: record payroll journal entries with cost allocations between departments.sales tax payable: manage the sales tax payable process. Maintain accurate records of balances payable by state using avalara, register for new states as nexus is reached, and provide monthly tax payable amounts.assist with the month-end close process through the closing checklist, including bank and credit card reconciliations and other balance sheet account reconciliations (accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, etc.).prepare and update balance sheet account, supporting schedules and other supporting work papers.maintain a consistent and easily trackable filing system, both electronic and hard copy.
