Responsibilities:
- Support the global leadership in a multi-cultural design team across global regions for the Procure to Pay function.
- Works with the Enterprise Deployment teams to develop and define documentation for global future state design.
- Documents and tracks project issues/risks and recommend solutions to management for change as needed.
- Participates in design workshops. Works with regional finance and procurement leads to gather input/feedback on global design to properly document decisions and processes.
- Works with regional teams and Shared Service Centers to develop best practices.
- Assists in the development, execution, and documentation of business end-user testing.
- Responsible to create program documentation, Business Operating Models, Work Instructions, End-User Documentation, Training material.
- Responsible to support, facilitate, and document training for end-users
- Participate actively in SIT and UAT documenting results.
- Provide governance around updating our documentation based on gaps to foundation found in deployments
- Will work closely with the IBC and BU teams addressing feedback on documentation or training.
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience.
- Advanced English skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process documentation, document governance
- PTP, Collections with PTP, Buyer, Material Planner experience
- SAP preferred
- Implementation of ERP preferred.
- Project Management preferred.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Strong process knowledge in a relevant area
- Strong writing skills
- MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint),
- ERP experience for SAP and Oracle - advantage
- C1 level of English
- Yellow Belt Certified and PMGB certified
- Analytical skills, ability to interpret the business processes and document in the form of Business Operating Model, Process documentation, and End User Work Instructions
- Willing to collaborate with a multicultural team located in multiple locations

- Flexibility to work in different time zones as required.
