As a bilingual receptionist, you’ll support office operations at our mexicali branch as we continue to grow as north america’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. *hours*:monday - friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
*position responsibilities*
- answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
- use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
- order office and department supplies.
- assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.
*minimum requirements*
- high school diploma or equivalent.
- *bilingual (english / spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.*
- 2 - 3 years of related receptionist experience with excellent communication skills.
- skilled in microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
- experience in a corporate office environment* preferred.*
