hours: monday - friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
position responsibilities
* answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
* use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
* order office and department supplies.
* assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.
minimum requirements
* high school diploma or equivalent.
* bilingual (english / spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
* 2 - 3 years of related receptionist experience with excellent communication skills.
* skilled in microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
* experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
