*principal function*:
the proposed role covers glcm cash management products.
the reporting line is to the head of global payments & cash management.
the incumbent will work closely with the e-channel product executive to prioritize glcm channel investments and work closely with regional product executives to execute and commercialize product strategy.
in our current environment the glcm product management operating model is regional with a requirement for a global governance structure.
no formal global functional leadership currently exists to direct the global programs, act as a focal point for global customer group programs and develop a more cohesive global product strategy.
this provides an opportunity to introduce global leadership, both functional and direct, where the incumbent will be responsible for evolving, executing and maintaining a more defined global glcm product strategy.
effective stakeholder management across a broad array of internal and external constituencies (e.g.
customers, regulators, competitors, vendors, alliance partners, it, operations, compliance, tax, legal, finance etc) is central to the role.
given the complexity of the business, the marketplace, and the hsbc group inclusive of client segments as a whole, stakeholder management and effective leadership is essential to the role and will often present new challenges to the job holder.
*main responsabilities*:
- management of products like ach credit transfers, direct debits, payment orders (dap), sip and special services.
- give a tactical and strategic solution to required of customers.
- give answer to regulatory required by governmental entities.
- attend reviews (audit) internal and external.
- review kpis on your management products.
- keep to relationship with regional colleagues and attend your required.
- management the manual billing.
- monthly attend to regulatory reports (relevant operations, r15, sispagos etc.).
- assist the abm meetings
- help and answer the questions of line of business.
- work constantly to enhancement the products process.
- supervise, run test and document the projects.
- assist the ldac meetings
- submit the periodic review of your products in the rpac committee.

- knowledge & experience / qualifications.
- education to degree-level, and proven and progressive experience in product management, operations or technology.
- strong experience managing cross-functional or design teams.
- proven leadership skills in complex, matrixed organizations - leading through influence and direct authority across teams and in a global organization.
- experience leading change and inspiring teams.
- experience in information technology (it) background.
- extensive experience in commercial and business management either in product management, operations or it with marketing a plus.
- preferably experienced in one or more payments and cash management core business lines.
- demonstrably successful project manager in the transaction banking industry.
strong process reengineering/business transformation experience.
- proven team leadership in a technology intensive organization.
- strong organizational leadership and personnel management skills, including proven track record, developing people and building innovative offerings/solutions that drive growth.
- proven ability to create an environment that fosters learning, teaching, growth, risk-taking, and innovation.
- solid understanding of digital and/or self-service platforms.
- excellent leader/teacher
- strong background in product development, or operations with hands-on technology or business transformation experience.
- familiar with current and future industry trends relating to product development.
- strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners to develop and commercialize product propositions.
- strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimum direction
