The role
- develop a strong understanding of the line of business health & benefits
- provide advanced level support in the full microsoft suite, specifically outlook, word, powerpoint, and excel
- manage complex calendaring and meeting schedules
- participate in team meetings and proactively support the capturing and completion of next steps and action items
- communicate with business leaders and other associates at a global, regional, or local level
- act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
- build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- general client/project financial reports in a timely fashion as needed
the requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, administration, accounting, marketing, economics, statistics and computer science and information science or related
- 5+ years’ experience providing administrative support
- strong written and verbal english skills and a demonstrated ability to interact (requisite)
- ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
- ability to interface with clients effectively
- outstanding technical skill in ms office (outlook, word, powerpoint, excel and adobe)
- ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
- excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead
- ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
