The right candidate will bring experience in help desk or service desk operations, with the flexibility to support both remote and onsite users. This position will support it operations for a major media / entertainment company. This position will be long term and is 100% remote based opportunity. Experience of a it helpdesk analyst experience: 1-5yrs enterprise experience preferable (experience supporting larger organizations) help desk/call center experience (must have) great customer service / phone skills new device setups or refresh providing troubleshooting for windows and mac os, and network connectivity issues dell and mac hardware troubleshooting level 1 and level 2 issue skills required for a it helpdesk analyst os - intermediate to advanced knowledge and troubleshooting for windows 10 & mac os networking (basic to advanced tcp/ip troubleshooting, connecting machines to network) experience performing device setup and imaging. Working directly with end users to configure their laptop to their preferred settings. Troubleshooting level 1 and level 2 support issues servicenow help desk service desk it support japanese and english needed.
