you won't just "do tasks" — you'll own systems that transform client businesses.
what you'll dolead client onboarding calls and translate goals into working ai systems configure and deploy ai voice + dm agents that sound human, handle objections, and book calls build end-to-end automations using n8n,, gohighlevel, zapier, slack, twilio, and more design multi-channel engagement flows (sms, email, voice, social dms, crm triggers) test, stress, and qa workflows so they scale without breaking continuously refine objection handling, re-engagement, and sequencing to maximize conversions experiment with agentic ai and autonomous workflows that operate end-to-endrequirements3+ years hands-on building automations in n8n,, zapier, or similar strong knowledge of apis, webhooks, and crm integrations experience deploying ai agents (vapi, langchain, gpts, relevance ai, or similar) confidence in client-facing onboarding calls with clarity and leadership builder mindset: you think in flows, document well, and own outcomes bonus: scripting ability in python or javascript for advanced logic bonus: experience with agentic ai frameworks benefits why this role is a no-brainersalary: cad $60,000–$90,000 per year + performance bonuses ground-floor opportunity in a startup moving fast build systems that replace entire setter teams and directly impact revenue zero micromanagement — full ownership from design to deployment immediate visibility: your work goes live fast and drives results instantly work at the frontier of ai, automation, and sales psychology clear path to grow into automation architect, systems strategist, or team lead who this isn't forpeople who need hand-holding or constant direction consultants who prefer to advise but not actually build anyone who can't thrive in the pace and ambiguity of startups ready to build?
