this role focuses on delivering software and hardware solutions for customer it infrastructure. It involves testing rfid configurations, coordinating support teams, managing deployment activities, collaborating with project managers, and installing, configuring, testing, and validating software and hardware according to implementation plans.
the ideal candidate possesses knowledge of radio frequency identification (rfid), experience in delivering rfid-based solutions, strong ability to coordinate and supervise operational teams, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, self-motivation, and hands-on experience.
key responsibilities:
* plan the most appropriate approach to implement software and hardware solutions.
* test rfid configurations within the customer's environment.
* coordinate and assist in forming customer support services.
* manage deployment team activities.
* collaborate with project managers.
* implement new versions and patches of the solution.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business operations, computer science, information technology, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in rfid solutions.
* 70% availability for travel and long-term site stays.
* english proficiency is preferred.
