in this critical role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy that drives operational excellence across the organization.
key responsibilities:
* collaborate with senior leadership to build effective staffing plans and talent pipelines.
* ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
* lead labor relations initiatives and union negotiations to foster positive employee engagement.
* promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through strategic hr programs.
* oversee hr processes: recruitment, benefits administration, compensation planning, performance management, and employee relations.
* support the implementation of quality management systems and drive process improvements.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in hr roles, preferably in multinational corporations (500+ employees).
* 7–10 years of experience in hr leadership within manufacturing environments.
* strong background in union environments and labor negotiations.
* familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, iso standards, and lean principles.
