- lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
- design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and pcb layout.
- perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
- provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
- stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
*you must have*:
- bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
- strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
- proficiency in schematic capture and pcb layout tools.
- experience with hardware testing and validation.
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
