●assist in recruitment and selection processes
●prepare employment contracts and maintain personnel records
●manage employee onboarding, terminations, and updates with imss
●monitor attendance and punctuality records
●support payroll processing by recording employee incidents
●ensure compliance with internal hr policies and labor law (lft)
●handle confidential information with discretion
●utilize hr software and maintainaccurate data in excel
use platforms such as sua, idse, or infonavit (preferred)
●technical degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, accounting, or related fields
experience:
●1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
internship or social service experience in hr is acceptable
