requirements
* bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields.
* 3+ years in amdb administration and maintenance.
* ham (hardware asset management).
* asset tracking and lifecycle management (end-to-end).
* asset onboarding and decommissioning processes.
* basic software licensing control.
* identification of risks related to non-standardized software.
* proficiency in english and spanish
essential duties and responsibilities:
* integration and connection of tools into the amdb (asset management database).
* ongoing management and maintenance of the asset database.
* automation of data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes.
* implementation of preventive alerts and anomaly detection mechanisms.
* documentation, update, and continuous improvement of asset management procedures and processes.
* creation of operational and executive reports
* exception reporting (warnings / alerts)
* end-to-end asset lifecycle management
* financial concepts: tco, roi, capex vs opex
* design of technology renewal roadmaps
* identification of risks related to obsolescence
* analytical thinking focused on prevention
