*position overview*:
as a customer service representative, you will address various customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.
*primary responsibilities*:
- field customer questions and complaints in a pleasant, professional manner; escalate when appropriate following the proper procedures.
- ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- document customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comment appropriately according to client requirements.
- perform other related duties as assigned.
