conduct training needs assessments with each department and identify gaps.b.
build up the master training plan according with training needs and budget.c.
design and develop training programs, in order to comply with the master training plan.d.
manage training budgets and resources.e.
create, plan, monitor certification process for hourly employees.f.
coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
coordinate all the logistics needed to manage the training such as session ´s sceduling, coffee break, materials, presentation, facilities, etc.g.
ensure the required audience participation for each training.h.
monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.i.
maintain updated training records.j.
monitor skill matrix updates in production area.k.
comply with audits requirements such as eaton, customer, and legal audits regarding to training management.l.
ensure compliance with legal stps requirements related to trainings.m.
lead the commision: ""comisión mixta de capacitación"".n. Manage dc formats.o. Personnel administration (training technicians).p. Promote the usage of training tools such as eaton university.q. Responsible of the onboarding process.r. Manage the scholarships given by eaton (educational support and languages policies).li-kl1qualifications:education level requiredbachelor's degree in administration, business, psychology or equivalentyears and area of experience requiredat least 3 years of experience in training functionat least 3 years of experience in hr in complex organizations (manufacturing/ production plant).
