we are looking for an hr business partner to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. As an hrbp, you will collaborate closely with business leadership to create and implement initiatives related to people strategy, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, among others, to support business goals while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across the organization.
this role is ideal for an analytical, fast-learning, and agile individual who understands how to drive exceptional employee experiences and support strategic business objectives.

qualifications
* educational requirements: advanced english proficiency.
* experience: as an hr generalist, with knowledge of people processes or the development of people strategies; in the execution of high-impact operational or corporate hr projects; experience in international/global companies is a plus.
* skills to succeed: excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written); solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic; able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.
