singularitynet is looking for a motivated, results-driven legal counsel to join our team! The role will be an in-house legal counsel that will work directly with the singularitynet’s leadership team. As part of the role you will be working on singularitynet’s upcoming token launches.

In this role, you will:

- advise legal issues surrounding token launches such as regulatory issues around picking up a jurisdiction, setting up the entity
- advice on structuring the financial product - regulated vs unregulated, utility ve security token
- work the team in reg/corporate filing and whitepapers

we are looking for people who have an understanding of the fast-changing crypto landscape.

Experience in the following areas will be beneficial:

- regulations around stablecoins (fiat/crypto backed or seigniorage coins)
- understanding of defi and utility/security tokens
- understanding of exchange traded products (etfs/etps)
- any work experience with a uk/us regulator would be favourably considered.
