meaningful work from day one
the global mobility specialist contributes in the development and administration of brown-forman's global mobility strategy and guidelines.
what you can expect
global mobility operations- work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate and timely global mobility processes.
- ensure a smooth operation in the area, keeping track of different tasks related to mobility cases assessment, immigration, taxes, destination services provider, and b-f internal information systems.
- coordinate and maintain core data and reporting in various systems (hr platforms, sap, vendor sites).
- support internal and external data audits.
- leverage on internal resources and external partners to identify opportunities for new initiatives.
- participate in any ad hoc special projects.
- facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation.
- review and analyze exception requests, compare to historical benchmarks/parameters, completion of cost benefit analysis.
- coordinates payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses, and tracking of payments.
what you bring to the table- experience - hr, accounting and payroll experience.
- working knowledge of vlooksups.
- excellent computer skills, specifically google, microsoft word, powerpoint and excel.
- ability to manage complex, confidential information across multiple systems and collaborators.
- creation of database reports using excel or similar tools to assist with plan design and plan administration.
- collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- knowledge and experience with relevant hr systems - workday (desired).
- excellent english written and spoken skills
