this field is constantly changing which adds a great deal of variety to your activities.meaningful work from day onethe global mobility specialist contributes in the development and administration of brown-forman's global mobility strategy and guidelines.what you can expectglobal mobility operations- work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate and timely global mobility processes.- ensure a smooth operation in the area, keeping track of different tasks related to mobility cases assessment, immigration, taxes, destination services provider, and b-f internal information systems.- coordinate and maintain core data and reporting in various systems (hr platforms, sap, vendor sites).- support internal and external data audits.- leverage on internal resources and external partners to identify opportunities for new initiatives.- participate in any ad hoc special projects.- facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation.- review and analyze exception requests, compare to historical benchmarks/parameters, completion of cost benefit analysis.- coordinates payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses, and tracking of payments.what you bring to the table- experience - hr, accounting and payroll experience.- working knowledge of vlooksups.- excellent computer skills, specifically google, microsoft word, powerpoint and excel.- ability to manage complex, confidential information across multiple systems and collaborators.- creation of database reports using excel or similar tools to assist with plan design and plan administration.- collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness.- knowledge and experience with relevant hr systems - workday (desired).- excellent english written and spoken skillswhat makes you unique (preferred requirements)- prior mobility experience- previous experience working with relocations or relocation management companies- previous experience with immigration or tax partnerswho we areimagine working for a company that welcomes you in, inspires you to bring your best self to every opportunity, and encourages you to grow and develop your career in a resilient and fun industry.
