bilingual recruiter with over 3 years of specialized experience in talent acquisition for the u.s. market, focusing on digital marketing, information technology (it), and key roles in saas (software as a service) business models.

deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle from profile intake to successful placement using agile methodologies and ats tools.

proven track record in sourcing and selecting talent in highly competitive markets, partnering with hiring managers, multicultural teams, and growing startups.

strong ability to identify candidates with both technical skills and soft skills, as well as experience with tools like hubspot, salesforce, google ads, python, javascript, aws, and more.
