as gerente de fp&a, you will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes for campari group méxico. You will provide strategic financial information to support decision-making, drive business performance, and ensure financial integrity.
mission/objectives
* provide accurate financial information about the company's trends related to planning and forecasting to meet global and regional requirements.

key responsibilities and activities
financial planning and forecasting:
* lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
* develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business cases.
* ensure alignment between financial forecasts and business strategic objectives.
performance management and reporting:
* analyze monthly financial results, identify variations, and provide actionable information.
* prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and risks.
* monitor kpis and drive initiatives to improve financial performance.
business collaboration:
* collaborate with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and global teams to support strategic initiatives.
* provide financial guidance on pricing, promotions, investments, and innovation projects.
* act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, challenging assumptions and driving accountability.

* manage and develop a team of three analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
* provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to build fp&a capabilities.

* more than 10 years of continuous experience in fp&a, preferably in fmcg, beverages, or consumer goods.
education:
* degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
* preferably, a master's degree or certification in public accounting.
