we're hiring: strategic sourcing / category specialist (professional services)
we are looking for a talented strategic sourcing professional with 3–4 years of experience to join our team and help drive value across key professional services categories.
key responsibilities:
* lead strategic sourcing and category strategy for multi-million dollar spend areas.
* conduct market and industry analysis, leveraging market intelligence tools and should-cost models.
* deliver total cost of ownership (tco) improvements and implement sourcing strategies across international or divisional structures.
* manage end-to-end category management including competitive bidding, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract administration.
* build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, operations, legal).
* present sourcing strategies and results to stakeholders and senior management.
* develop and execute negotiation strategies and lead complex vendor negotiations.
ideal profile:
* 3–4 years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement
* experience managing sourcing strategies for significant spend categories
* strong analytical and communication skills english c1/c2
* ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
