Contactpoint360 is seeking an experienced physical security and compliance officer to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of our delivery center. This key role involves managing physical security systems, conducting audits, developing policies, and ensuring adherence to industry standards, particularly within the u.s. banking sector.
Responsibilities include:
- managing access controls, surveillance, and security personnel.
- conducting audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security infrastructure.
- staying updated on compliance regulations (soc i & ii, pci, gdpr, hipaa, iso27001).
- leading emergency response planning and incident management.
- providing employee training on security protocols.
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications like cissp, cism, or cisa are a plus.
- strong knowledge of security technologies and u.s. banking compliance standards.
- experience in risk assessment, incident management, and policy development.
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
