Beyond greeting and directing members, guests, and team members upon entry, the manager represents the gym’s commitment to exceptional service.the role spans customer service, revenue monitoring, retail and member fee compliance, facility inspections, and collaboration with sales, fitness, facilities and marketing to improve performance and uphold brand standards.
