- manage users, groups, roles, and access controls.
- configure forms, fields, workflows, and automation using servicenow tools.
- support modules like incident, change, problem, request.
- perform regular platform upgrades, patching, and testing in coordination with stakeholders.
- support development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- troubleshoot issues and support end-users.
- ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely.
- monitor system performance, logs, and health dashboards; coordinate with servicenow support as needed.
- ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and security policies.
- design, develop, and implement solutions on the servicenow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- customize and configure servicenow modules such as incident, problem, change, request, cmdb, knowledge, and service catalog.
- develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, ui policies/actions, script includes, and flow designer workflows.
- collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- develop and maintain apis and integrations between servicenow and external systems using rest, soap, mid server, or other technologies.
- optimize performance and usability of servicenow applications through scripting and platform best practices.
- participate in agile/scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for servicenow issues.
