 
        
        We are seeking a skilled **Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce**to join our team. 
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of a GenAI-powered NextGen Digital Assistant on the Salesforce Agentforce platform. This initiative aims to enhance engagement and service efficiency across patient 
- and HCP-facing websites and call center operations. 
**Responsibilities** 
- Gather and analyze business requirements, creating and maintaining a comprehensive backlog for all use cases 
- Design Salesforce-powered digital assistant solutions to align with business objectives and improve efficiency 
- Recommend Salesforce enhancements to optimize functionality, usability, and performance 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions 
- Support the implementation of AI-driven tools like AgentForce, chatbots, and NLP bots to enhance user engagement 
**Requirements**: 
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role 
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Core Clouds and Agentforce 
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs and automating workflows using tools like Process Builder and Flow 
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, including chatbot integrations and digital assistants such as AgentForce 
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR to ensure compliance 
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment 
- Ability to identify business challenges and develop effective solutions 
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments 
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively 
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
