about the role
rx global is hiring an event operations lead to oversee event organization, sales, marketing, program development, production, and on-site operations. The role ensures events meet financial targets and involves supervising a business support team while handling complex tasks. The position requires analysis and problem-solving within established practices.
responsibilities
* organizes events, including exhibitor/visitor sales, marketing, program development, and on-site operations.
* ensures the event meets revenue, expense, and profit goals within event production and operations.
* supervises a business support team while also performing hands-on tasks.
* accountable for team outcomes, works within set practices, handles complex assignments, and analyses problems to find solutions.
requirements
* at least 5 years of sales team management experience
* strong leadership in sales
* background in events or expos
* advanced english communication skills
* proficient with crm tools (salesforce) and power bi
* skilled at coaching and training teams.
