job description
as an experienced sap expert with 7–12 years of experience, ensure that the role development process for the hc‑sap systems is implemented in accordance with bosch specifications.
you accompany hc‑sap projects (current projects rbpl‑hc, hcdd & iberia, and other remaining legal entities of hc until 2030) and are responsible for all authorization topics. You act as the interface between the user department, project‑ and role development team. You actively communicate and coordinate your topics with relevant interest groups worldwide.
coordination and support during the cutover, migration, go‑live and hyper‑care phases of s4 projects is also an important task in this position. Worldwide technical support and consulting of sap users in case of sap‑authorization issues in daily business is also part of your role.
qualifications
* education: bachelor's degree, preferably in (business) informatics or a comparable background.
* experience and knowledge: overall knowledge of functional aspects of sap r/3 and sap s/4 hana, in‑depth cross‑module knowledge, solid sap authorization management, and implementation of authorization concepts in sap r/3 (minimum 5 years); experience in sap s/4 hana is an advantage.
* personality: strong team spirit, willingness to work in a multicultural environment, open mindset for change or fast‑moving environments, confident manner, and strong presentation skills.
* work style: independent, structured and customer‑ and goal‑oriented working style, also under time pressure. 25% travel required.
* languages: very good communication skills in english.
