responsibilities
* sap solution leadership: lead the design, configuration, and integration of sap solutions. Ensure alignment with global business processes and drive standardization across operations.
* integral project delivery: spearhead sap implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable sap solutions and oversee end-to-end process integration.
* prioritize and execute sap change requests, assessing their impact on business processes, integrations, and data. Engage with executive, managerial, and operational stakeholders to align sap solutions with strategic goals and facilitate smooth change adoption.
* mentor and develop a team of sap functional analysts/consultants, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
* drive process excellence by promoting sap best practices and identifying opportunities for technological innovation.
* support critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-go-live activities to ensure operational stability.
qualifications
* 7–10 years of experience in project management, with 5–7 years leading sap projects.
* direct involvement in sap s/4 hana implementations, rollouts, or migrations for supply chain, manufacturing, or operations (production execution).
* expertise in sap activate methodology and experience in project governance, risk management, and resource coordination.
* fluency in english.
* certifications like pmp, prince2 practitioner, or agile (scrum, safe) are highly desirable.
