.recruiting coordinator (talent acquisition coordinator)we are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the solar turbines talent acquisition team as a talent acquisition coordinator (recruiting coordinator).this role will support our talent acquisition partners in the turbotec facility and this team provides recruiting support for production and salaried management/support roles.
this position ensures all responsibilities within the recruiting and pre-employment processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.what you will do:provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including but not limited to activities that will range from pre-employment processes to managing documentation for prospective candidates, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings and generating required letters, etc.initiate and monitor pre-employment background screening and medical processes.manage pre-employment process and maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.participate in meetings with the medical team to review and update candidate pre-employment medical screening statusreceive and process the requisitions for hiring contingent workers, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followedmanage the incoming requisitions in workday to accurately assign the appropriate recruiter in a timely mannercommunicate professionally and timely with internal and external candidates and hiring managersensure materials for field recruitment processes (modules, flyers, tabloids, banners, etc.)
