impact and opportunity the talentacquisition specialist is responsible for leading the recruitmentprocess for the salaried positions in mexico.
this role ensures astrong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging digitalsourcing tools, best recruitment practices, and strategic alignmentwith business needs.
the position also supports strategic hrinitiatives related to talent acquisition.
essential functions andresponsibilities: - manage the end-to-end recruitment process forthe regional salaried positions (monterrey, acuña and celaya sites)from intake to onboarding.
- use platforms such as linkedinrecruiter and occ to source top talent.
- conduct and coordinatecompetency-based interviews and provide structured candidateevaluations.
- administer successfactors for requisitionmanagement, pipeline tracking, and offer processing.
- prepare anddeliver offer letters, conduct negotiations, and ensure timelyacceptance.
- ensure candidate experience and hiring managersatisfaction throughout the process.
- monitor and report key kpis:time to fill, fulfillment rate, early turnover, new hiresatisfaction.
- collaborate with other hr functions for seamlessonboarding and integration of new hires.
- develop and implementtalent attraction strategies aligned to workforce planning.
-support and lead some talent acquisition related projects includingemployer branding and process optimization.
minimum qualifications:- bachelor's degree in hr, business administration, or relatedfield.
- minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition withinthe automotive or manufacturing industry.
- advanced english(written and verbal).
- advanced excel skills.
- proficiency insuccessfactors, linkedin recruiter, and occ.
- strong interviewingand communication skills.
- experience with recruitment metrics anddata analysis.
