we are seeking a skilled event operations manager to join our team at the fifa world cup 26. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class event and work closely with our hospitality teams to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.
key responsibilities:
 * support event-time hospitality operations across lounges, suites, and external hospitality villages.
 * act as a point of contact on the ground for hospitality staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
 * assist with hospitality space setup and readiness checks.
 * greet and guide hospitality guests, staff, and partners.
 * monitor venue flows and track real-time updates.
 * escalate operational challenges promptly.
 * support vendor and staffing coordination.
 * assist with post-match wrap-up tasks.
requirements:
 * 5 years of experience in event operations or related fields.
 * familiarity with stadium or live-event environments.
 * strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * comfort with project management tools and reporting systems.
 * effective communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
 * detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
 * flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours.
 * occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
 * ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods.
 * conversational english as a minimum.
 * legally able to work in mexico.
 * ability to pass accreditation process.
