role overview
we are seeking a dynamics 365 crm l3 consultant with strong solution architect capabilities to support, stabilize, and continuously improve our dynamics 365 sales and field service platform.
this role is responsible for l3 ticket resolution, release management support, and technical ownership of enhancements, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
key responsibilities
l3 support & operations
* act as l3 support for dynamics 365 crm, handling complex incidents, problems, and service requests.
* perform deep root cause analysis (rca) and implement permanent solutions.
* ensure sla compliance, prioritization, and effective ticket management using:
* servicenow
* jira
* azure devops
* troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
* entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards
* security roles, teams, and business units
* business rules, workflows, power automate flows
* plugins, javascript, pcf controls
* data issues, integrations, and performance
* collaborate closely with l1/l2 support teams, providing guidance and technical mentoring.
* create and maintain kedbs, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
required skills & experience
* 8+ years of experience with microsoft dynamics 365 crm
* strong hands-on experience with sales and field service modules.
* proven experience in l3 support, incident/problem management, and rca.
* solid expertise in:
* power platform (power automate, power apps)
* c# plugins, javascript customizations
* integrations using rest/web api
* experience with alm and release management practices.
* strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
