Job purpose:ensure efficient and accurate management of parts operations, including order processing, dealer support, accessories planning, and coordination with logistics providers, to deliver an exceptional service to the dealer network.key responsibilities:monitor and coordinate daily parts operations at the dhl warehouse.develop planning and logistics for floor mats delivery to dealers.follow up on drop shipment orders and resolve dealer claims.maintain and update the drop shipment material line-up.prepare and publish bulletins related to parts for the dealer network.manage the stolen parts program and ensure proper follow-up.process dealer orders in the internal system accurately and timely.invoice dealers for both regular parts and drop shipment orders.support the offering and planning of an attractive accessories line-up.deliver reports related to parts operations as required.qualifications:minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales operations within the automotive industry.solid understanding ofparts and service processes .strong communication and coordination skills.detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach.ability to work in english as a professional working language.preferred skills:experience working with logistics providers (e.g., dhl).familiarity with erp or dms systems for parts ordering.ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
