essential functions and responsibilities -translates and develops core, prioritized quality & operationalsystem business processes into simple, usable, complete (slc)low-code applications that add value, streamline workflows, improvecommunication, and reduce waste - supports slc applicationdevelopment through the creation of overall systemrequirements/scope of work, ensuring business objectives areunderstood, planned, and executed - integrates slc applicationdevelopment with it, ensuring integration and compliance with thecompany's data and security and confidentiality requirements -support the integration and optimization of all merger andacquisition qms it applications - support defect fixes within slcapplications focusing on customer satisfaction and timeliness -monitor slc application use and develop plans to increase useracceptance - leads and manages the training plan, schedule, andexecution of applications or solutions built for all genthermlocations; develops training modules as needed within slcapplications - identifies process deficiencies and gaps, proposingprocess changes and solutions to close gaps: creative, conceptualthinkers.
qualifications minimum qualifications: - business ortechnical degree (e.g.
operations, engineering, data management,information technology, etc) - 2-3 years microsoft power platformexperience - proficient in microsoft business system applications(e.g., ms power automate, power apps, power bi, etc.)
and excel(e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.)
