About the role
- serve as partner on continuous improvement and hps initiatives to manufacturing and al support areas.
Your team
- this position has not supervisory responsibility.
What you will do
- design and build systems/processes for support areas.
- perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommending adjustments to programs and/or processes
- lead cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement
- responsible for identify, develop and follow up tools such as the hps model at harman tj plant
- create, verifies and maintain procedures up to date
- support hps process (5s’s, productivity deck, kaizen)
- other activities as required by the hps manager
what you need
- bachelor degree: industrial y/o logistics engineer
- 2 years minimum of experience in manufacturing plant
- intermediate excel
- microsoft office
- english 70%
- knowledge in iso 14001 and iso 9001
