customer advocate - inside sales
position summary:
psc is looking for an english + spanish speaking customer advocate to join the customer focus team, based in psc’s facility located in santa catarina, mexico, to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
- coordinate internally with other teams to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (load lists, shipping tickets, asns, asps)
- communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.
- manage customer forecasts and releases to meet customer requirements by monitoring internal inventory levels to ensure on time delivery.
- build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
*qualifications*:
bachelor's degree in business preferred. High school diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

- must be able to fully communicate in english both written and orally.
- strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- great attention to detail.
- preferred: advanced excel skills.
