Regional plant controller is responsible for monitoring the transformation programs, and the profitability of manufacturing operations across north america 3 operations. This role is new and aims at providing financial control over the progression of our transformation and our plants operational performances, providing elements for educated decisions in the areas of cost, productivity and efficiency.

evaluate investments projects, roi and risk factors
variance analysis of financial impacts of industrial programs (lean, kaizen)
inventory management, including cycle counts
ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of critical manufacturing kpi's
transversal partnership across disciplines of industrial management, procurement/supply chain and finance
profile
education
* bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields.
* fluency in english is mandatory.
experience
* 5-10 years in manufacturing controlling, operational finance, or industrial financial leadership.
* experience in multicultural environments, high-volume plants, or complex manufacturing processes.
* strong command of global erp systems (sap) and advanced analytics tools.

erp knowledge (experience with sap is a plus)
