we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and digitally fluent individual to support our operations team as a remote guest concierge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service — utilizing tools like google sheets, stripe, and monday.com.
ideal candidate profile:
* professionals with a strong university background and excellent digital skills.
* hospitality/tourism professionals who are organized, reliable, and capable of managing guest services from start to finish.
key responsibilities:
1. coordinate guest logistics and services prior to arrival (flights, access, menus, reservations).
2. manage bookings for restaurants, activities, spas, and chefs based on guest preferences.
3. communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal teams.
4. support on-site concierges by organizing information and operations remotely.
5. supervise final billing and ensure payments to suppliers.
6. maintain dashboards and internal tools (sheets, monday.com, stripe, etc.).
qualifications:
* fluent in english (written and spoken).
* love organizing, tracking, and following through on tasks.
* strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* experience or interest in hospitality, luxury travel, or high-end guest services.
* availability for occasional last-minute changes or off-hours needs.
