About the role Elevate your career with Reckitt as our next Supply Finance Analyst or Supply Assistant Manager. You will be the financial backbone of our supply chain, involved in budgeting, strategic analysis, and ensuring seamless, cost-effective operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence global decisions and support your professional growth.
Location: Mexico City, Tlalpan.
Your responsibilities Build a strong foundation in accounting and/or business administration.
Apply analytical skills with a results-focused approach and attention to detail.
Manage projects and improve business processes.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Understand financial reporting and internal controls.
Engage in strategic thinking, risk management, and stakeholder influence.
Act as a finance business partner supporting various departments, managing budgets, forecasts, month-end closings, and implementing best practices.
Analyze and follow-up on investment projects (CAPEX), operating expenses (OPEX), and product costing, including innovation projects.
The experience we're looking for Strong background in accounting and/or business administration.
Over 4 years of experience as a manufacturing analyst (supply finance), focusing on manufacturing.
Experience in audit management and SAP software.
Experience in Supply Finance.
The skills for success Business acumen, investment analysis, budgeting & forecasting, project management, process improvement, accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, risk management, and relationship management.
Level of English: Intermediate
