Job description
as a key member of our team, the maintenance coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our frozen food solutions plant.
key responsibilities
* lead the maintenance team and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work on equipment and machinery.
* ensure compliance with maintenance and production programs, guaranteeing product safety and adhering to gmps, processes, policies, and regulations.
* attract, onboard, manage, and develop associates based on safety, quality, service, and cost.
* conduct statistical analyses of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual failures, and issue notifications based on these.
* collaborate with health and safety committees and provide full support for the implementation of preventive and corrective actions focused on safety.
requirements
the ideal candidate will have a degree in electronics, automotive, mechatronics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
strong english speaking, writing, and reading skills are essential. The candidate should also be able to access the work center located in ocoyoacac, state of mexico, and be available for flexible hours.
